Kazerne Dossin did not stand still in 2025. More than ever, we worked within the tension between past and present, between reflection and remembrance, between knowledge and responsibility. We organized commemorations and lectures to reflect on stories from the past and learn from them. We welcomed new partners who shared their insights through guest exhibitions, and we set up a temporary exhibition to explore the story of Kazerne Dossin from a new perspective.

The archive collection was enriched thanks to numerous donations. These new acquisitions range from personal documents and correspondence to unique objects and photographic material. In addition, in 2025, we continued to focus on our unique collaboration with the justice system in the form of learning tracks and training courses for police and prison staff.
