Would you like to visit Kazerne Dossin with a guide, but are you coming on your own, as a pair or in a small group? Not a problem! Every third Sunday of the month, you can join a guided tour.
During this guided tour, you will learn all about the history of the Dossin Barracks and its role
as an assembly camp for Jews, Sinti and Roma during the Second World War. Following an
introductory film, the guide will take you on a journey through the history of the Holocaust in
Belgium. You will hear personal accounts from deportees and come across unique artefacts,
documents and photographs. Along the way, the guide will draw parallels with contemporary
issues such as migration, exclusion and discrimination.
