Simon Gronowksi was 11 years old when he was deported from the Dossin Barracks
to Auschwitz-Birkenau. However, he never arrived there… Simon managed to jump off
the train and escape.
This interactive tour will let you explore the museum together with your parents,
grandparents or guardians. Provided with a bunch of keys, you will set off in search of small
chests hidden in strategic locations throughout the museum. Using their content and
completing the various tasks you will gradually discover Simon’s story. His story explores
themes such as bullying, exclusion and their consequences.
Once you have finished all the tasks, you will also be able to create a message for Simon.
